Problems

i am having problems downloading your product. my computer is infected so i bought protection 2 get rid of it and now it doesnt even work. refund? or did i just waste money that i couldve spent on bills

  • You certainly did not waste your money. If you know your PC is infected, you're just going to need some help getting rid of the infections.


    First, try running the free Quick Scan from HERE.


    Once you have the specific virus or malware identified, you can get help removing it by opening a new topic in the Malware Forum.


    You will need help removing any virus or malware before installing BD. Some viruses and malware can actually block the installation of products like BD.
