Tdameritrade Streaming Is Not Working With Bitdefender Total Security 2011

I installed BitDefender and now I cannot seem to get TDAmeritrade streaming quotes to work. I went to Firewall -> Devices and added 8 IPs of TDAmeritrade's and set them as allowed. However no luck.


I see that my java program (stocks.exe, which is Medved Quotetracker) trying to connect to these ips by going to Firewall -> Activity. However the in and out columns show 0B/sec.


The program is in allowed list as it can connect to Ameritrade's snapshot service to get data.


Any ideas?

    Adding the IPs of the TDA to Devices list won't help you as the module is designed for something else. I have created a ticket on your behalf and sent instructions via email on how to resolve the issue you encounter.
