Here We Go Again

I took the advise from someone and downloaded 2008. It appears to work fine but my key from version 10 won't work. :rolleyes:


I'm sure it's because I uninstalled 10 to fix a problem that caused and didn't reinstall it.


My problem now is customer service. I have e-mailed them a couple of times and no responce.


What is up with this company.


If anyone has any better ways to deal with these people please let me know <img class=" />


I don't intend to reinstall 10 and have to go through all that again.

    What version of BD2008 did you install and what version of BDv10 did you have? The upgrade is possible (with the same key) like this:

    • BD AV 10 -> BD AV 11
    • BD AV Plus 10 -> BD IS v11
    • BD IS 10 -> BD IS 11
    • <none> -> BD TS 11


    Another possibility is that your key expired. The valability of a key starts when you first use it and lasts a certain period, regardless if you uninstall the product or not (this is the case for all software, not just BitDefender).


    If you installed the correct version of BD2008 and your key is not expired, please contact LiveSupport, the Customer service section, and ask them about your problem.
