Hi. I just got BitDefender for my 5 computers at home.. Ever since it was installed we are having slow internet speed and videos drag. So I am wondering is it ok if we just leave it in game mode all the time?

You can keep BitDefender in Game Mode. Note that having it in Game Mode, the Firewall and Antivirus settings will be on Allow. I would recommend you the following:
- read the following article found in your PC at the following location:
C:/Program Files/BitDefender/BitDefender 2011/Support/offlinemanual/html/tweaks.game.html
- generate a Support Tool log file. To do that, follow the steps explained in THIS article then send me a PM with the generated log file along with a detailed description of the issue you encounter and the link to this topic.
