Help! Online Download Doesn't Work!

Today, I bought 2 copies of Bitdefender 2008. I got the e-mai with the numbers. I downloaded and saved them to desktop. When I try to run them, I get an error message..something about Win32...now, after trying 6 times, I am locked out of the Bitdefender download altogether. I need my virus protection. How do I get this to work or get my money back.

    Reporting a bug about something about Win32 can't get you any clear answer. In order to try to help you, we need to know what version of BD2008 you downloaded and the exact error message.


    Also, please tell us what Operating system you use.

    Hello Marcia


    This is an operating system problem and not an installer problem.


    I recommend that you do this go to start,run,type %systemroot% press enter. Now the windows folder will open double click on the folder repair,select autoexec right click on it and choose copy,now navigate to the system 32 folder and rightclick on a free space and press on paste.
