Bdagent Failed To Start (side-by-side Configuration Etc.)

My bitdefender 2011 is not starting for some reason. When I try to start bitdefender, I get the following error:

"C:\Program Files\BitDefender 2011\bdagent.exe

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail."

I followed the instructions for repair, but to no avail. I also have a log file uploaded to the requested website: http://www.sendspace.com/file/lm391l -- the file name is "Eventlog.txt".
