Impossible To Set Advanced Settings In Antivirus Tab

Hi,


1. when open the advanced settings tab and go to AVC, I check "Active Virus Control is enabled" and set its level to 'critical'


I click OK and close the tab.


When I come back I see the level is set to high.


How can this happen? What's the remedy?


2. when I open the advanced settings tab and go to IDS, I see 'Intrusion detection system is disabled', I chech to enable it and set the level to 'critical', I click OK and close.


When I come back I see " Intrusion system is disabled" and set to permissive !


How can this happen? What's the remedy?


Can anyone help?
