The restart did not work. So I followed your directions, "To cover the 2nd PC, simply repeat the install steps and input the same license key when requested." After attempting to reinstall the product so i could use the purchased key the following statement appeared: You are installing a version of the program that is older than the one currently installed; the install could not be completed" or words to that effect. Is it possible that I scan the Registration Key I purchased for someone to verify? I installed it on one computer yesterday w/out issue. Should i uninstall and retry? I am open for suggestions.
