Windows 7 Pro Corrupt Recycle Bin?

I have been getting a message on Win 7 Pro telling me my recycle bin is corrupt on each of my drives and have isolated it to be occurring after BD does a scan. I have deleted the folder several times in an attempt to clear the problem. After Win 7 rebuilds the folders on a reboot all is fine until a BD scan. BD is causing this problem! Does anybody have any suggestions? I have been putting up with BD's issues for a while now and I think it's time to move on.
