Tf2 Does Not Launch

How can I play TF2 with BD?

After installing BD, TF2 does not launch.

There is no error message.

After uninstalling BD, TF2 launch properly.

I tried exclusion like attached file, but it's not fixed.

Windows7 Pro 64bit

I noticed that I missed exclusion.

I should add exclusion in Shield tab not Exclusion tab.

Please add that application to AVC exclusion list and you will see the difference.
