Recently my computer died and i bought a new one but i lost my home network password. Can someone send me instructions to my email to fix this.
My acc in BAV 2010 is expired. So I have set up new 2011 BTS. I wanna try this product before I buy one. I really delights it. But I have the same problem here. I can't change some setting because I don't know the Product password.
So can you tell how to know or reset the password? Must I buy it to know?

In order to reset the password for the BitDefender Home Management module please save and then run the tool below

NOTE: the tool *must* be used in Windows Safe Mode.

If Windows is the only operating system installed on your computer, start into Windows Safe Mode with these instructions:
* If the computer is running, shut down Windows, and then turn off the power
* Wait 30 seconds, and then turn the computer on.
* Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
* Ensure that the Safe mode option is selected.
* Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.
* When you are finished with all troubleshooting, close all programs and restart the computer as you normally would.
