I wanna change some settings, but I can't. The Product want a password which I don't set. My ticket ID:201107071006666. How can I know the password product or maybe reset to the new one I set?

    I see my colleagues have sent you already the tool to reset the product password as I could read in the ticket ID: 201107071006666.


    The download link for the tool is:

    Please note that you need to be be logged in with an administrator account and boot in Windows Safe Mode BEFORE using the tool.

    If Windows is the only operating system installed on your computer, start into Windows Safe Mode with these instructions:


    * If the computer is running, shut down Windows, and then turn off the power


    * Wait 30 seconds, and then turn the computer on.

    * Ensure that the Safe mode option is selected.
