I recently purchased the 2011 Total Security product and installed it on my win7 64bit machine -- since then I have not been able to synch my ipod to my PC. Within a few seconds of plugging it in I get a blue screen. The synch was working previously with out a problem. I noticed another user in this forum was having the same issue with a Vista OS but I didn't see any resolution in te thead. I'm wondering if support has any info or is aware of the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
