Red Xs In File And Net Zone

New to bitdefender but had no problem installing. Everything looks good on the bitdefender home menu, but I have Red Xs in both File Zone and Net Zone. What is going on? any help is appreciated.

    Hello jaytee,


    Did you restart your system after you installed BitDefender? Does BitDefender actually report that the protection is disabled, or the only problem is those red Xs?


    Also, what version of BD are you using (version and type) and what's you OS?
