Minor Issues

Hi,

I am new with bitdefender and I find it very good but I have a couple of issues and I wrote to support but no answers yet.

The issues are:

1) The backup tool tells me to perform a backup. I click Fix and the backup is performed but the Status Backup panel is not updated and keeps saying that a backup has never been performed. What can I do?

2) The antiphising icon on IE7 goes gray sometimes, usually if bitdefender is open or scanning. What can I do?

3) I downloaded the software from internet, but I would like to have a rescue CD. How can I make it?

Hello auckland

1) I can't answer this question. But if the backup was made then there isn't anything to worry about.

2) Check if it is still enabled when you go to tools,manage add-ons and see if BitDefender Toolbar is enabled.

3) Download here the image of the rescue cd-rom. Burn it as a bootable disc in your burning software.
