Ive tried to get the free edition but I can´t.
The link doesn´t work or in another case t 
there was no link.
For customer support you need to create an account and there you need the link or license number.
A bit dumb.
If this is the way you get support, thanx but no thanx.
Especially when you want to buy the stuff it´s hard to trust the company.
Ive spent a lot of time trying to evaluate the stuff but i´ve only been trying to get some help.
Without anything installed.
