Welcome to the forum.
Did Quick Scan detect a virus and move the file to quarantine? If so, open BD and navigate to Settings-->Antivirus-->Quarantine and check the option Send quarantined files to BitDefender for further analysis. If the option is set to ON, you may want to change it to OFF.

Sorry for the delayed reply.
Please note that Quickscan does not modify or delete any file on your system and only uploads executable files for checking (i.e. NO documents or other data files are sent). The upside to that is you're safe. The downside is that Quickscan provides no virus removal either.
