Port scans are frequently used by hackers to find out which ports are open on your computer. Please click on "more details" when the block ports pop-up appear on the screen and tell me what IP is listed there.0 -

Hello,
Please follow the steps below to add the IP to the list of trusted zones and see if the issue still occur:
1. Open BitDefender Security Center and click on 'Settings';
2. Go to Firewall;
3. Go to Advanced;
4. Click on 'Adapter rules';
5. In the new window select the network adapter you are currently using and double click on it;
6. In the new window type the IP: 192.168.1.6
7. Select 'Allow' then hit OK;
8. Test to see if the issue still occurs.
