Yes, Antiphishing, Antimalware & Search Advisor are features that you paid for. What you are seeing is the BD Toolbar. If you want to turn OFF any of these features, do the following:
1. Close any open browser windows.
2. Open BitDefender from the Windows System Tray icon.
3. Click on the Settings button in the main window.
4. Click Privacy Control on the left side and then the Antiphishing tab.
5. There, you can turn OFF the Toolbar and any other options you do not want.
6. Open a new browser window.
Welcome to the forum, but you are more likely to receive help without the condescending attitude.
You could have consulted the offline help manual that was installed on your PC with BD:
C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2012\support\offlinemanual\index.html
Or, the PDF version of the User's Guide.

Still didn't work.. turned off everything in the "Antiphishing" tab.. opened a browser.. and:0 -
Now that I can see the whole message, I have 2 questions:
1. Why would you want to continue to a website knowing that it contains malware, and
2. why have you blacked out the URL so we can't see the address to test it for ourselves?
If you really want to get to that website knowing the risks, close any open browser windows and open BD. Click on Settings, Antivirus, Shield and turn off On-access scanning. But this will defeat the whole purpose of having BD installed.
