I want to how to change the action when Av plus 2012 found a passwd protected file from prompt for passwd to log only and not to pause the scan untill i reply it and I don't know how to change to expert mode

There is no Expert Mode for the BitDefender 2012. The three types of interface have been reduced to a single more friendly GUI. Furthermore, are you asking for a forth option on the pop-up or an option within the Antivirus settings and that way to eliminate the notification pop-up?
