I have version 10 of this antivirus, but when upgrading to 11, it detects the user name from my previous update for which i can not remember my password it will not allow my to make a new account. There is an option that sends forgotten password to my email but I can not access it either because it has the same password.
When I run the upgrade, again, it tells me that it has detected my account info, so in what part of my computer is the file that holds that info (or the name of the file)?
