How Do I Erase A Virus In My Files

Please help i have a win32.worm.stration.AJ virus in my computer. Does anyone know what this does and how to get rid of it? Also i can no longer open my Parameters, is this connected to the virus and can I fix it?

I have a French computer the translation is 'Control panel'.
