[escalated]All Problems Solved After Reverting To Internet Security 2011
After "testing and debugging" the 2012 version for several weeks, I got tired for the "work" and finally decided to revert back to version 2011 and see if any of problems persist...

Now I decide to hold on the 2011 version until all the problems in 2012 version have been solved.
Here are some of problems that I encountered during "testing and debugging" 2012 version: (I may miss other problems but the ones list below are the most serious)
1) Bitdefender crashed everytime when I went to some websites with heavy advertise, e.g. baidu advertise. I have generated and sent reports after every crashes, but seems that they were ignored by the development team and nothing have changed after several weeks.
Bitdefender was able to restarted twice, and it stopped working anymore after the third restart.
2) My PC was not able to start all the necessary programs in the startup including bitdefender itself about once in five times boot up. When that "lucky" boot up happened, bitdefender just gray out the update service, and set all other protections to off, without any warning, and I have to perform a system restore when it happened since the problem just persist after that "lucky"boot up, which waste me several time.
Even I performed the system restore, the problem will come back after several days.
3) There are always 5-10 seconds lag in the video playing in the browsers. No matter how many updates have been applied, there are still lags....
Now, I reverted back to versions 2011, and all of the above problems gone away ... so it showed that it is the 2012 version's problems. I hope the development team can quickly remove all the bugs in version 2012
