[resolved]Slow Down Or Not?

Hi

I have an older computer with WinXP..1gb of ram and an intel 2.66ghz CPU....My Norton internet security 2011 is about to expire....I see where bit defender recommends a dual core...Well Norton doesn't slow my computer in the least.....Tried avast and it doesn't either but not sure How good it is on anti virus...I would like to get Bit Defender internet security but thought i'd check first

any advice appreciated

Hello Tom,

You can download and test for 30 days, free of charge, to see if the product fits your needs and/or if it creates any performance problems on your system. This is the best approach in the given circumstances, because nobody can actually say if it will create slowdown or not. It all depends on your system and on what applications are you using.
