Why is it that I can't find a phone number for that so called 24/7 support. I would like to get a refund for this product and cancel it nothing but problems with no support. Please advise what the telephone number is before I call the attorney general office to file a complaint.

In the Windows System Tray, right-click on the BD icon, then select About. The support phone numbers are listed there for your region/language.
