Gaming Protection Systems Detecting Hack

The games I play that use the following gaming protection software will not run if Bitdefender 2012 is installed. It detects gaming hacks and will not allow you to play the games. I uninstalled Bitdefender and it will allow me to play the games.

Games -

1. Combat Arms

2. TankAce

Protection software they use, respectively.

1. AhnLab Hackshield .. http://www.hackshields.com/

2. nProtection Gameguard ..http://global.nprotect.com/product/gg.php

I hope the BitDefender team can find a solution or contact the vendors in question to determine the issue with the two products. Will await update so I can install my Bitdefender again .

- a support tool generated as explained in the info sent via email;

- follow the steps enclosed in my email, add the games EXE files to exclusions and let me know if the issue persist;

Thanks for the reply and ticket#.

I reinstalled Bitdefender to help resolve the issue. I reproduced the issues and submitted the info via response to the ticket email.

I have tried exclusions which did not help.

The following drivers associated with SuperAntiSpyware are running on your PC:

76    SASKUTIL64.SYS    040F8000    \??\C:\Program Files\SUPERAntiSpyware\SASKUTIL64.SYS
77    SASDIFSV64.SYS    04102000    \??\C:\Program Files\SUPERAntiSpyware\SASDIFSV64.SYS

Uninstall the program from 'Programs and Features' then restart the PC. Check to see if the issue persist.
