Nothing But Trouble

To whom it may concern,

Since purchasing Antivirus Plus 2012 a couple days ago, my computer has slowed down including my Dvd/Blu-Ray drives, applications are unstable and crash and whenever I go to watch a youtube video, the picture freezes for 10 seconds before I can put it back and watch it from the start. Now, the latest problem, the BDAgent.exe constantly crashes on start up before it will even load. I'm running on Windows 7.

I signed up for 3 years but if it's giving me this much grief already, I'd like a refund if there's no quick fix.
