Not Links To Reinstall

I have the AV plus 2012 which crashed with a not responding report. After browsing forums, I decided to uninstall my package and reinstall it.

However I was unable to find a link ANYWHERE to reinstall a package if you are a customer with all the details (security key, passwords etc) and who simply needs to reinstall. The forums, links and search boxes all link me back to paying again for the antivirus.

I managed to locate my original purchase email from when I first install Bitdefender and by coincidence found a download link. But why is there no option to simpy reinstall from the website or even from my account.

I found roaring praise for the product before I bought it but let down by the most basic issue.

The download links for all BD 2012 products (English versions) are in this pinned topic located in the

BitDefender 2012 Products-->Installation sub-forum.

If you need another language version, please specify which one.
