[resolved]evasive Or Just Slow

I had an unresolvable conflict between my computer and Antivirus 2012. The only way to make my computer work properly, including any access to the system, was to uninstall the Bitdefender software. The tech who tried to fix it could not. The next person to whom I chatted agreed that I should be getting a refund, was apparently going to set it in motion, and assured me that I would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. This was 4 days ago, and after repeated e-mails, I have not heard from Bitdefender.


What's up with that?
