Firewall Is Not Working
Hi
I have purchased BD Internet Security 2012 earlier in the week and am having trouble with the firewall not setting up a profile for my internet connection. In terms of modem, I use a Telstra NextG wireless modem (HSDPA). I have attached a couple of shots to show you what I mean with the firewall. The first one shows how it says "Profile Unknown", the second one shows how it looks in the Network detail section. Also when I try to configure the firewall option settings it states "Failed to communicate with Bitdefender Security Services"
As for the BD build I have it's build 15.0.34.1416
My OS is Windows XP Pro with SP3
Any help on how to fix this firewall so I can have the protection I need?
