Phone Support And Purchase Options
Hi. I purchased BitDefender Antivirus 2008 via Amazon, opting for the 2 year/3 computer package. After my 2nd install, I received an email from BitDefender thanking me for "trying" BitDefender and asking me to buy it.
Attempts to call the customer service and Tech Support phone #'s in the Quick Start Guide results in sitting on hold for about 10 minutes then getting cut off. I've tried 3 times... Also sent an email asking why they're asking me to buy a product I've already purchased.
It is as if I am on a "trial" version, and there doesn't seem anyway to resolve this. So far not a good experience.
Also, I filled out the registration on both computers I installed it on, yet when I tryed to log in to BitDefender, it doesn't recognize me.
