When during virus scan is enough to scan partition where system files is, or better to scan all partitions? Thanks.

    I'd rather launch the scan on the whole computer at night and not bother to choose the system loaded partition because the computer will be kept fully awake anyway, uploading some stuff, so... the scan has plenty of time to run before it's over! <img class=" />


    However, be cautious, scan external disk/USB key everytime you plug it in your computer if you are not sure they have not be infected in a public/school/business system.

    i would scan all partitions, thought i think it would take longer. :(


    but just run whole scan and leave your computer on for the day :) this way you will get it done in one trip.

    Hello


    You could start a full system scan when you are not useing the machine. In this way, all system recourses will be used and the scan will be finished faster.


    Also, you could use the new Bitdefender 2012. Free upgrade for all customers.
