How do i (or can i even) get bitdefender to automatically remove emails from companies etc that i have previously marked as spam?
I don't want to have to manually get rid of these everytime i turn the pc on, there are hundreds every week.
Are you using web-based email or an email client installed on your PC? I use the Windows Live Mail (WLM) email client and I block email senders from within WLM, not BD.

Our product does not remove spam automatically.
It only tags the email and you will have to take the decision.
Think about in a case of False Positive, that email will be deleted and you won't be able to recover it.

You have hundreds of spams?
1) Use several emails following patterns (private/prof/ordering/forums).
2) If you receive a spam, never answer (even if the sender gives the option to delete the address).

Those advices are general and should be followed by every user on the internet.
Unfortunately the situation has showed us that some users do the opposite.
