Is There Anybody Out There? (moderators Or Experts)

I bought Internet security 2012 from AMAZON UK as reviews put this product at the top of the list.

Yet once I installed it I was directed to the BD website to register where it hung around for an age with a blank screen giving me an incite of what was to come. Once the registration was complete I then discovered this forum and I am not alone.

Dotted amongst other issues are moderators and other who say they work for BD. Yet your very quiet when it comes to the SLOWING issues being raised here.

I would like for someone to answer the questions:

If it works fine:

Can you tell me the settings for Firefox 8 using wireless connection?

Also the same for Google Chrome?

I really do not what to send it bac kand get something else when I'm sure they'll be a fix or advice as to how to sort it out

I have uninstalled it and my internet flies again! This should not be the case

You should leave the default settings in your browser for all your connections.
