Not Resolved! Still Have Issues With Bd Antivirus Plus 2012.

How do you figure that this topic is resolved? I was the one to start it! " /> I was given instructions on how to handle it. I followed it to the letter, and it still will not go into Windows 7. Oh, and yes I did the repair option, and it still did not work!

" /> Just because someone else responds to the topic, and says they did it this way, and ALL of a sudden the topic is resolved, but you forgot that there's someone else out their who actually started the thread, and you forget about him! " /> What BS! Horrible tech. support! I'm insulted by this.

Sorry for getting upset here. I don't have the ticket. I deleted it some time ago. Tech. support and I were going back and forth trying to find a solution to the issue. couldn't seem to get an answer. I gave up i guess you could say.Hi

In order to be able to properly identify the causes for the reported situation and find a solution we will need to investigate a bit deeper.
Please follow the steps below and send us the result:
a ) Go to this page
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...s/bb963902.aspx and download the autoruns file.
b ) Extract the contents of the downloaded file and run the 'autoruns.exe' file;
c ) Wait for the list to be filled with all the processes and then make sure that you have the Everything tab selected in the upper part;
d ) Click on the Disk icon right under File and chose any location folder on your computer;
e ) Save the file with a specific name (your name, computer name, a random name, which one you want) and then send me a PM with it.
