Shortcut Key Needed

Hi. I've found out that blocking port scans messes up my streams to the old PS3. So I have to turn block port scans off every time during my video sessions, and then turn it back on. Can I create like a shortcut key to do that task quickly?

O yeah, BD identifys communicatins from the PS3( I allowed that IP on:Firewall>Settings>Adapter rules)as port scans and automatically blocks them. Can I get rid of that?
