Bd 2012 Slowing Down My Computer!

Hello:

Ever since I installed BD 2012 my computer has significantly slowed down. My computer exceeds the RECOMMENDED requirements. OBVIOUSLY, what you specified as the recommended requirements is not enough to run this program!! Please send me a copy of BD 2010 that can accept the new 7 digit key (as opposed to the 20 digit key) HONESTLY, that will solve all my problems, and I don't see how that could be any problem for you.

Please do not send me replies about:

1) downloading the latest version (tried it)

2) Running your "PC Tune Up" stuff (I tried it, it doesn't help)

3) Some other "Windows" fix, because I tried them all

I have shut down everything on my computer that could be slowing it down and its still slow. Here are my computer specs:

Hewlett Packard

HD Pavilion d4 Notebook PC

AMD Turion X2 Dual Core 2.10 GHz

3 GIG RAM
