Customer Service
Hey there, I have contacted customer service twice via their live chat service and twice I have been promised the 5x licenses for friends. I note that the announcement is still up on the forums 12/12/11

Ok so I still haven't had my licenses 7 days later, 2 deadlines that BD have given me have passed, I also note that the Live Chat option for contact has vanished, for me at least.
So are you going to honour your promotion and live chat confirmations?

"Chris: You will receive the license keys in maximum 24 hours ."
I used to rave about BD, pat the coders on the back, but they are not in charge, feel free to refund me and I will happily uninstall immediately as clearly you aren't interested in sticking to your word, thank goodness I don't have a technical problem like the rest of the posters on here as I don't fancy my chances of having it resolved.

I am sorry to tell you that the Safe Environment offer is only available when placing a new order. You did not place a new order, instead the subscription was automatically renewed on December 4th, 2011 through Avangate.
