Hey there George, you appear to have locked my topic, so here is my response

So despite paying full rate on the auto-renewal that you can't cancel from the BD control panel (neat trick), I'm not entitled to the promo? So I'll recommend to my friend who has just start his new business that he uses something else and I won't be renewing anymore, and I certainly won't be including BD in my next works tender. Good work BD.


For anyone else having auto-renew problems, you need to remove it on the Avantgate site, PM me if you need help in doing this as you are better off manually renewing it seems, at least then you can review your options.
