Hi Folks I am A NEWBE. Should I see a BitDefender Icon on my task bar each time I start my PC's. I know it is running as I can see it updating Etc. If I should see an Icon how do I adjust the settings to see it?

Sadly, this did not solve my problem. Last 3 times when I opened my PC I got the same error. It seems Microsoft and just can't do anything right (like loading Windows everything that Windows needs before Windows actually starts, and not after ... so it won't conflict with the applications that want to start).

I am sorry to hear that this didn't solve your problem. Already tried to enable the Asus splash screen again? There's a regfix present at the page I gave you previously to "restore"/enable the Splash screen (but I guess you already tried this).
Anyway, it's just a matter of what's starting up with Windows/loading order. Reducing the amount of unnecessary programs that start up with Windows can make a difference - but not always.
