I have liked your Antivirus 2008 application I did purchase it online. Correction - I dont know if I have purchased it. I have supplied all the details, I have been transferred to PayPal, entered PayPal, confirmed and ... nothing! No confirmation of any kind !

I don't know if this post accelerated the answer from Element5, but this is their answer:

Orders placed through element 5 will be shipped as soon as we have received

It usually takes 4 or more business days to credit bank transfers within

Germany to our account.. Bank transfers from outside of Germany can take

between 5 and 15 business days. This also applies to online bank transfers.
