2 Features Not Working

I had let my subscription expire back in the summer because BD AV Plus 2012 was ridiculously buggy and just not worth paying for but I figured I would try it now that they have had plenty of time to fix it and I still have 2 issues that are ridiculous. This company should be better than this. From 2010 and older BD was the best but 2011 somewhat sucked as some features didn't work and now 2012 is just as bad if not worse. I'm glad some stuff was fixed but the 2 issues I have seen since reinstalling the other day are:


1- Automatic Game Mode does NOT work at all. No matter what game I load up, it just does not enter Game Mode. Why? (It is enabled, and I do not want to press the shortcut to enable/disable it everytime, that's why I used to love this software was for the automatic enabling and disabling of game mode for me)


2- The "Show Bitdefender Toolbar" option is not working properly either. Fairly frequently at random when I start browsing (using Firefox) the little tab shows up for no reason. When I check the settings under Privacy Control, the show toolbar is still set to OFF so why is this little tab showing up by itself when it is set not to? I have to close firefox, toggle show bitdefender toolbar on and then back to off and relaunch firefox to fix it but it's temporary as I said it just randomly shows back up on screen. Why?


These 2 issues are really starting to annoy me. I paid for software for it's features and some don't work at all or only work half the time, it's ridiculous!
