Can you run Malwarebytes alongside BitDefender internet security- will there be any conficts?

Christian....is this true even if you are using the free verson of malware bytes as a second opinion scanner only?

Yes, even the free version has the drivers integrated in the product and they are loaded on startup even if the paid modules are grayed out in the product.
