I've also noticed that BDIS does not ask me for a reboot when a product update has been done (i.e. bdtl.dll) even "postpone reboot" is set to off.

You will receive an orange warning if the update was not performed in the last 24 hours. Turning on the Auto Pilot will automatically fix the current situation.
In Bitdefender 2012 you won't receive a pop-up regarding a Wi-Fi connection if it is a know network.
