Itdefender Avc Hv In Device Manager Not Loaded
Options
"Bitdefender AVC HV" -> "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"...under 'System Devices', what is this and how do I solve the problem ...assuming its a problem.

Please follow the steps described here and reinstall the product.
That driver should not be displayed there twice.
