Total Security 2012 Help & Support Feature

I am not sure if this is something that needs to be addressed in a ticket or if posting here is good enough.


When I use the Help and Support link at the bottom of the application window it opens the help and support search window, which works fine, but when I click on a specific item returned in the search it does not take me to that item. Instead it just opens a web page with the help in it but I am not able to find what I was looking for unless it is obviously in plain site. There is no search feature available either, which is weird and would be helpful to search for what I need to know about.


Instead I have downloaded the manual and search through that with the Find feature in Adobe's pdf software.


Would be nice if the built-in help feature took me directly to what I was looking for though.


FYI: I pretty much figured out the software and so far mostly everything is working and a lot better than the competitor I was originally going to go with.
