Help, Having Numerous Problems With Bitdefender Internet Security 2012 $69 Version

I have Windows 7, 64 bit.

1st issue I would like to resolve is I can no longer search for existing documents. I search for known docs and they are not found, I can open DOCS and see all the different docs, the cursor is at the top and can scroll down, but if i take the cursor off the tab on the right to click on the doc, tab immediately goes to the top, CAN'T ACCESS. Can I get some help PLEASE?

2nd issue, I am a photographer and deal in photos via emails a lot, since downloading the program, I can no longer upload MULTIPLE PHOTOS at once into hotmail.

Please, how can I resolve both issues, please be very specific in your instructions, and assume I am an idiot with these issues.
