Monitor Will Not Go Into Power Save
I installed Total security 2012 (Windows 7 64bit) and although it is working great, one side effect has occurred: my computer is set to put the monitor in Power Save after 10 minutes. No screen saver, just shut the monitor down. After I installed Total Security it will no longer turn off. The monitor stays on now. I checked the computer setting in the Power section and it is still set at 10 minutes. I changed to 15, applied, changed back to 10 and applied, but it still will not turn off.
Any suggestions?

Hello
Welcome to the forums.
Please open the main interface using the desktop icon.
Under the Antivirus section you have Auto Scan. Please set it to Off and restart the PC.
Let me know if Windows is now able to turn off the monitor after X minutes.
Take care.0 -

Thanks for the reply. Turning off Auto Scan solves the problem and the monitor will go into power save.
