Incompliant Citrix Endpoint Security Analysis
Dear all,
I have a problem to login remotely to a Citrix farm. The CAG is configured to execute the Citrix endpoint analysis plugin on my machine to determine that a firewall, antivirus solution, and a anti spyware solution is installed and up-to-date.
UNfortunately it fails.
I have Windows 7 and Bitdefender Internet Suite 2012 installed. The Windows defender service is disabled and I cannot enable it. If I would like to start the service then after a second it is still disabled. I installed Spybot Search&Destroy, but this does not help.
I assume that it comes from the missing anti spyware solution. But I don't know why Spybot is not accepted.
Does anybody experienced the same and has a solution.

P.S.: I upgraded three weeks before to Windows 7 and Bitdefender.
