Recovery Of File Vault

hello every1
i'd created a file vault named men.vdb or something, i don't remember the extension exactly..
but due to some reason i deleted that vault file men.vdb permanently.
now i am not able to get that opening link in bitdefender window, encryption tab --> file encryption.
is my file vault deleted permanently? or is there any way to recover the file vault. please help i'm really in trouble

You can not recover the vault since it was deleted from your HDD.
Vaults were designed to keep all the data safe.
